I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Carter's (New York, NY) in Jul 2015
Interview
It was a group interview. She took us all to the break room to interview us. She asked pretty basic questions that any other interveiwer would ask. The store manager seemed nice and open to all answers. She took the time to listen to all participants and she answered any questions we had at the end.

Question 1
Have you ever had to deal with a difficult customer? If so, how did you handle it?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
