I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Carter's (Huntington Beach, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Came into the store a day after applying, and the manager interviewed me on the spot. No difficult questions, just basically asked me about my life and availability and a few basic personality questions. Then at the end of the ten minute interview- I was offered the job. Everyone in the store was very friendly.

Question 1
No difficult or unexpected questions, just a conversational short interview.
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
Interview
Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
