I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carter's (Deptford Township, NJ) in Apr 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. They asked the typical questions such as "Why do you think you would be a good fit for this company?" and gave scenarios in which you would explain how you would provide customer service.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you see yourself working here long term?
What work skills do you think would benefit the company?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
Interview
Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
