(Please note this was from 2019, but the experience was so bad, I felt the need to warn others unless Carter's has changed its interview process since then.)
I don't remember the structure of selection battery, but I had to fill out a 200-question personality quiz, asking me questions like "Are you ticklish?", "Did you have a happy childhood?", and "Are you afraid of snakes?"
When I made it to the last round of interviews, I was interviewed by around 3 people, each at separate times. EACH PERSON WAS AT LEAST 10 MINUTES LATE TO THEIR INTERVIEW. Although I didn't get the job, I'm incredibly happy I didn't - the process was so disrespectful and I'm still wondering if I should've sued or not for that personality test... For future applicants and for Carter's sake, I'm hoping they've changed their process since then.
