Interview
I initially interviewed with their production manager. He was very friendly and amicable. He then later invited me via email to visit their location and further interview with himself and their quality manager. The focus of the interview consisted of questions to see how well I would adapt to the position and if it would be a good mutual fit.

Question 1
How do your [previous experience] relate to product production? What is the process of that like?
Thorough, positive. Phone then in person interview with hiring manager, moved right to negotiation. Known to each other through industry so based most decision on knowledge through references. Allowed phone interviews with other employees, CEO and VP of Marketing.
They contacted me within a week for an online interview. The interview was a quick thirty-minute introduction to the job expectation and the company. They let me know when I could expect to hear back.
