A brief phone interview followed by a longer zoom call. At first gave a brief synopsis of my background. Then we discussed the mission of the trade desk at Cascade. Discussed strengths and weaknesses as well as challenges overcome.

Interview
First a phone interview with HR, then an in person interview with two people at the facility. A supervisor and the General manager conduct this interview from a set list of questions.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cascade Asset Management (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
Hiring process involved an over the phone interview followed by an in person interview. The entire process was straight forward and seem to go well. I was told at the end of it that they where I terested and pending a background check and employment verification they would send me an offer. The very next day I was sent an email saying they where impressed but found someone better suited for the job. Two days after that they re posted the job opening....
