I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cascade Energy
Interview
Simple. Starts off with a 30 minute call from HR then a second call which is about 1.5 hours long where you present a quick lesson on a topic of choice. Not a very technical interview but definitely throughly asks about previous experiences and how to talk to different types of people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How to convince a client that a project you are suggesting is worth it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cascade Energy in Nov 2020
Interview
Initial phone interview with one individual. Then I was asked to submit a college transcript, writing samples, and do an Excel exercise. Following that, I had a video interview with 6 people, followed by a one on one video call with one individual to discuss "day in the life."
Be aware that this position has a large element of dealing with difficult/reluctant customers and in the formal interview they will be very interested in learning about your ability to be persuasive and win these customers over. This element of the job was NOT mentioned in the job posting nor in the phone screen.

Interview with HR in Portland, followed by an Excel test (1 hr). Individual that I spoke with from HR was very friendly, and the company sounds like a great place to work. Not offered a position, but happy with the interview process, they were timely and cordial throughout.
