They rely on an AI "interviewer" for their positions. It can't respond properly to answers and cuts you off at every pause. It's also incapable of answering any questions, which is a reasonable expectation for a job seeker - especially for a management role. I'd argue that it's insulting to the candidate and betrays a dubious regard for their people.
The questions were typical for management interviews, but often lacked context that the AI could not provide.
I ended the interview early and haven't sought a reply. Screening resumes with AI is reasonable, but interviews are a chance for both parties to assess each other. An AI interviewer tells me too many bad things about working for this company.
