Interview
I met with the Regional, it was probably the biggest “run away as fast as you can” meeting of my life. She was very suspicious and codisending, it was a clue as to leadership that is not great to work for.
Love to see a person who has no empathy try to play nice.
We can evaluate our potential employers and if it feels bad then it is bad, I was happy to hit the road after that interview.

Misleading trick questions with condensing obnoxious responses. Just a waste of good quality time, life is too short for games.

Interview
Met with regional director of social services to discuss the role of social worker at Morningside Nursing Home. During interview I was assured training, support, and a favorable compensation. None were true. The regional director of social services is company driven with little no cares for the patients and their rights. I was asked to document in favor of the facility and highlight the patient to reflect bad behaviors, moods, and room changes not in line with government regulations. It was a terrible experience and one which forces you to question your professional values.
