I am sorry you felt that our interview style was aggressive as this was not our intention and, in fact, we purposely go out of our way to try and make the interviewee relaxed when we meet them. When we meet candidates with little or no work experience we try and understand their motivations, culture fit and behaviours for the role we are recruiting given they have no actual experience we can discuss. Moreover, we feel it entirely appropriate to assess these motivations, skills and behaviours for any role within our business irrespective of level. Culture fit is key for our business.
