I applied for this job on a third party website (it may have been Glassdoor) and I didn’t even have to interview. I just got a phone call and was told I was nominated for the job. I then had to get my fingerprints done and started working soon after. It was a smooth transition and easy start.

Tell me about your experience so far in this field
The first step was an initial phone call, followed by a zoom call. Decision process did not take long. They keep things simple and were fairly transparent about expectations, pay, benefits, and more.
After submitting an online app, we set up a zoom interview where the job and expectations were explained in further detail. It was a pretty simple and straightforward experience in my opinion
