Applied online and it took three full months for them to contact me for an interview. Interview with HR was both pointless and impersonal. Then you interview with the nurse manager of the floor they're putting you on (note: this may not be the floor you applied to). After that, you wait for you offer. Gave multiple people less than a week's notice for the month-long training to start.

Phone interview was much more faced paced than in person interview. Ended up declining the job since I applied for a part time position and orientation was full time for 4 weeks

I had one 1:1 in person interview, and it took me less than 2 weeks to get offered an interview after I submitted the application. I received notice that I did not get the position through mail a few weeks later.
