Horrible experience. I passed the interview and then waited a long period of time before being told that they wanted to proceed with the next steps. After I answered some questions for them they ghosted me completely. Do not waste your time with this company. Place had a bad vibe anyways, run-down office.

Interview
Process took overall 2 weeks. At first, Trung (HR) contacted me via e-mail and scheduled a brief 15min call to get a picture on my work background and also explained about Cavirin. Call went well and he immediately scheduled a technical interview for the following week. He was very fast and responsive in emails/by phone. A lady called in 15min from the scheduled time and half the time she seemed disinterested when I was explaining about my current project and work background. She was giggling with a colleague mid of the conversation and she just asked 2 simple questions and abruptly hung up.

Interview
The company was quick to schedule and interview, after 2 days of applying, my phone was scheduled.
Phone interview was pretty straightforward, regarding previous experiences, skills and overall project discussion.
After clearing that I was called for on-site interview which was also along the lines of basic algo, mostly architecturally question of system design and basic coding.
The interviewer was very friendly and was very helpful.
Coding question but was not asked to code just explaining approach worked.
