One hour long, asked standard questions that felt like it was written by AI. Interviewers just read the questions and just follow the script provided. They didn't ask any follow-up questions after you answer and they just proceed with following the script.
Usually 1 interview (should be at least 2 with different people). Questions are very basic, tell me about yourself, what was your experience, why you want to apply to this role. They do them virtually.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cayuga Centers (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview was in-person w/the former Program Director on the phone. It was unconventional, but worked, as my position interview changed mid-stream based on some of my initial answers. I was asked about why I wanted the position, what abilities I brought from prior work experiences, and my Spanish speaking ability/level was also tested.
