Well structured with interview dates and hearing back from the HR rep. Panel interview structure with multiple team members going up the ranks. No complaints, pretty straightforward. Not sure what else to say
This interview was conducted in two parts for 1 hour each. The first with the compliance team and the second with the finance team. Questions were fairly easy as they just wanted to see if the candidate was the right fight for the organisation and if they knew their business.
