Two interviews totaling roughly 3 hours during which I met several senior employees and the CEO. The first interview was essentially about getting to know me and seeing if I would be right for both the company and recruitment ( I had no previous recruitment experience). The second interview was similar, but with more members of the team. I also did some quick exercises to test my sales ability. I was also told to make a presentation for the second stage interview.
