The interview was a pleasure. IT was more like a friendly discussion not a standard interview. There were questions both side.Questions involved: what was your biggest projects;why do you want to leave current job? What do you like at the current job/company. Both interviews lasted for 2,5h. At the end I was asked for the salary. I said what I have now . The reaction from the HR was: " I THINK we have this budget". I was told I will receive an answer in one week. In 2 weeks I didn't get any answer. I called HR- no answer. I send HR a short email " what is the status of my appplication". No answer. I was pretty disappointed as I left the interview very confident and with a good impression about Cegeka Romania. I liked very much the fact they valued their employees. However, not getting any answer from HR, after being promised to do that and after my follow up, it shows lack of professionalism and it harms company image.
