The interview process was efficient and very professional. I did my screening call with the Talent Acquisition Manager who was friendly and thorough in both providing me with information about the company and role as well as asking appropriate questions about my experience to determine if I was a fit for the role. I was quickly moved to an interview with the hiring managers, both of whom were very friendly. The interview flow felt casual and friendly while discussing my skills and experience. The final step was a skills assessment which was straightforward and provided some insight in the nuances between companies in how data cleaning, query writing, and edit check development tasks are completed or carried out.
In the end, I was not selected for the position, unfortunately, but the whole experience from beginning to end was very positive and professional.
