      Interview

2 Phone interviews, HR took forever to get back to me, whole process took 3 months. Didn't know who I was talking to, you only meet your manager and the lab head, not the rest of your team or other managers

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cellectis (New York, NY) in Apr 2020

      Interview

This company is incredibly disorganized in their hiring process. My interviews took over three months. The point of contact never responded when she said she would, and I was pretty sure they were ghosting me. It took way too much effort on my part to get a response. I was embarrassed for them. They seemed unprofessional and immature.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cellectis (New York, NY) in Feb 2020

      Interview

I had 3 rounds: Phone Screen with HR, Technical Round with 2 staff scientists and a 3rd round with the Vice president of the company. The 3rd round went pretty well and the VP asked me for references, which I instantly provided. They told me they would get back to me. I followed up with all the interviewers after a week and again after 2 weeks. But they all just GHOSTED me! Reflects very badly on the company and how they treat people!! *Terrible*
