The hr interview went pretty well but ended up getting rejected for no reason and did not get any feedback 3 weeks later. The recruiter took 3 weeks to reach out about a rejection it was pretty frustrating

The process started with the online app, a recruiter screening phone call, manager level interview, challenge preparation and then the last step was the presentation for the final interview, then I received the decision and feedback
1st round is a short HR call. 2nd round is with a manager, mix of behavioral and technical qs. 3rd round is a case study presentation where they give you a information of the Celonis software and questions and ask you to prepare a presentation going over the answers.
