I recently interviewed for an HR Advisor position on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The process started with an initial screening call with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with both the recruiter and the HR Manager.
The interview itself was quite informal, creating a relaxed and open discussion about the role and company. I was informed that I would hear back within a few days once all interviews had been completed.
Ultimately, due to the location and office environment, I decided to withdraw from the process as it wasn’t the right fit for me. However, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team throughout the process and thank them for their time and consideration.
