The interview process consisted of one phone screening interview, one panel interview, one interview with a director, and a phone call with the job offer. Communication and scheduling were done over email.

Inconsistent and needlessly protracted interview process that took three full months, which included SIX separate interviews with a total of nine different people. The company was/is in disarray (as admitted by employees during interviews); communication about timeline/next steps was only provided by the hiring manager when prompted — then the hiring manager quit near the final stage of the process. Salary range was low by non-profit standards and $25,000 below for-profit average for the position.
