First you go for interview with the team leader, second you go for a test, the test have 2 parts: 1.Logic - all kind of logic riddles that you need to solve. 2.Skills - questions about software testing. the third part is another interview with the team leader, in this part you have to explain your test. Last part is and interview with HR, in this part you go over contract, and negotiate for salary.
