Met with 12 people on first interview for almost 3 hours. The first hour I met with a 5 person panel who asked me general questions followed by half hour with the vice president of Advancement who was not engaged and rushed me through the interview. The next panel I met with 6 other faculty members for an hour who asked me basic questions on fundraising and development. I felt like they already had another candidate in mind as I didn't get answers to next steps.
