Central Mountain Air interview questions

I had interview with them and the interview was good but they just don't answer you after. It would be good just to send short feedback to people even when the interview was not successful. It is just about simply being polite with people.

They invited about 50 of us to a Group event at their location in Calgary. The presented the company and the job and told us how special and lucky we were to be selected amongst hundreds of applicants. Then they called us one by one upstairs for the first interview, I got interviewed by the flight attendant manager. It went well. THen I wentback in the lounge downstairs and waited another hours as they interviewed the other candidates. Then they called the name of the selected candidate to head upstairs while everyone else had to go home. Then we went throught another interview one onone, this time I got to meet the human resource lady. The process took hours and hours, finally went home at supper time with a long few weeks waiting time as they had to call my references and it took 3 weeks for them to call me back with the training date.
