Central Transport Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very thorough interview. I completed a phone screen with an HR Generalist and was contacted by the HR Manager for follow up. From that point I completed a face-to-face interview at the domicile location with the Sales Manager and had a final interview with the HR Manager. The HR Manager I interviewed with was interested in my educational and professional background and took the time to explain the company, position and growth potential.

They start you off with a couple timed exercises. I was intimidated at first, but the exercises weren't difficult at all. From there the HR Representative will bring you to their office where they will conduct the interview. The representative who interviewed me made me feel relaxed and not so nervous during the interview. Once I was done meeting with the HR Representative, they had me meet with the Manager in Customer Service where they explained what my day to day would look like and answered any questions I had. This is a very thorough interview process, which is great because it shows that they care about their employees, who they are and where the best fit for the employees will be.
