I was found by a recruiter who continued as liaison between me and Centrifuge Media. I had a phone interview with the recruiter and she quickly set up an in-person interview with the Creative Director of the company.
While I was waiting for the interview to begin I met two employees who were very nice and asked if I had been helped. The interview was a little over an hour and went well I think. I learned a lot about the company and more of what the role would entail. There were no standard "What is your greatest strength/weakness" questions but there were questions pertinent to the role. The Creative Director was easy to talk to and very informative about his expectations for the position.
Next steps would have been another in-person interview with the Controller, but they decided to go with an internal candidate. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
