Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. I had a phone interview with the recruiter and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. There was no formal feel to the interview. There didn't seem to be any process being followed and the questions seemed to come from whatever the hiring manager felt needed to be asked at the time.
