I applied online. I interviewed at Chadwell Supply
Interview
Three interviews. A phone interview with HR, followed by a video interview, and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager and her team. All interviews went extremely well, and both the hiring manager and the HR recruiter who interviewed me told me I should expect to hear from them in the next 10 days regarding their decision and to please NOT to hesitate to reach out with questions about the status of my potential hire. They were very friendly and It felt very sincere and I left with a positive feeling.
Then I was completely GHOSTED. My follow up emails were not returned, and I was left twisting in the wind waiting for a response that they promised. They didn't promise to hire me of course, but they did at least promise a response and the HR rep even gave me her direct phone number and insisted I text her directly with questions or follow ups. My emails and texts went nowhere. I felt this was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and told me a lot about this companies culture.
They asked me to come in for a in-person interview taking up my valuable time and the time of the others I interviewed with, but couldn't even be bothered to spend a minute to send me email telling me if I got the job or not. A rejection would be fine, I understand. But to completely ghost a candidate that went deep into the process is cowardly and very unprofessional.
In end, it was frustrating, but I felt this behavior sent up a lot of red flags about this companies culture and it's for the best I wasn't hired if this is how they conduct themselves.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here, what motivates you, blah blah blah.

Interview
Sit down across from two people who don’t look you in the eye. Then get questioned about how you are fit for the job. Then come to ask how you hated or loved your last job. The vice president and the hiring manager were both crummy. Jimmy did not say a word, but the VP and who cares who his name is! who said he was going to pray for me pray for me pray for me what a joke of all the rednecks that work there With tattoos and vape machines in their hands, they were not salesman. They made it sound like it was a great job. It’s a joke. What a joke. Don’t bother driving 95 minutes or an hour and a half to this location to work for a small company that has no clout.. You are not qualified. If you do not toe the line with this piece of poo that I met.
