I spoke with the President and CEO of the company a number of times. He had an impressive resume, and was happy to talk to me about how he built his company from the ground up. The thing that most impressed me was his desire to see his employees succeed and to share in the successes of the company. Great benefits package. He talked to me for a long time to ascertain what my skills and interests were, and I could tell that he wanted to place me on a contract where I would be a good fit. Most impressively, he was willing to mentor me on the job, and wanted to send me for PMP training during my first six months. The overall interview experience was very positive.
