I had applied on the Chamberlain website. I got a call within two weeks from their HR Person Ritika who was extremely thorough and courteous. She set up a time to speak to the hiring manager for the next, who had a 25 minute phone call which went cordially and he mentioned he would invite me in for an in person interview. Met with I think 6 people starting at 8:00 for 30 minutes each. Had a good experience with all , as the team seemed to be welcoming, open minded and calm. ( I am not a big fan of aggressive interviewers) . Three days later, I go a call from HR saying that they would like to extend an offer and the team would be 'excited' to have me. At that time , I had other interviews going on and one other job offer, but I decided in favor of Chamberlain, because of the 1) People I met 2) The way the whole process was conducted ie when an HR person shows that they would value your experience and your profile (instead of some who think they will throw money and the interviewee will join) it provides great feedback about the company
The background checking process was pretty lengthy though, with international degree /experience verifications taking the most time
