received a phone call from recruiter, phone interview was pretty staright forward. I scheduled video interview with the director. One week later i received an offer. i am pleased with the process and the pay is okay too

Phone Interview with some behavioral questions and just a normal conversation with the recruiter, video interview with Admissions Directors focusing on organization, Rapport and time management. They spoke a lot of consultative approaches, Process was long and extremely detailed.
