I applied online and heard from the recruiter in roughly 2 weeks for an initial screening. There was a second call which was geared more towards product knowledge of general windows and doors. The final interview was in-person with the hiring manager. The process took more or less one month.

First interview was over the phone and some what informal. The second was with the sales manager and much more in depth. Then on to the background check and pee test/physical.
