I had a 30-minute interview with Charger Logistics for the Operations Analyst position. The interview was mainly focused on my resume — the interviewer asked general questions about my background, experience, and technical skills. The overall tone of the interview was professional and straightforward. However, the post-interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer mentioned that I would receive an update by the end of that week or early the next week, but I never got any communication. I eventually followed up by email, but there was no response. After a while, I received a rejection email without any feedback or explanation. While the interview process itself was fine, the lack of communication and follow-up made the experience less positive. Providing timely updates or brief feedback would definitely help candidates feel more respected and valued in the process.
