Their process is extremely awkward and unprofessional. They were always 3 weeks behind in following up. The person hiring resigned in the middle of the process. The CEO, Neal Barclay was late to my interview, and showed up in sweatpants And a crew neck sweatshirt. He also never followed up. After my interview with him it was clear he had no idea about retail or customer service. I was no longer in working for an organization like this.
