Great interview. Very funny and personable staff. However, regardless of how well you think you interviewed with Charles - don't expect to be offered a job. I'm still not exactly sure what sort of candidate they prefer to have on board.

Just go in with an open mind and some thick skin. Some of the questions may sound ludicrous, but they're all just a test to see how you react to the tempo of the office.
