It was a group interview, but it was fair. If selected, there will be another one-on-one interview with the DOA after the group interview. After that, there is a background check. In total the process was about 1 1/2 weeks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Charter College
Interview
Short interviews, limited direct professional communication, was told yes then denied position due to conflict of interest. Very unprofessional interview process, if its any indication of how the students are treated I would run!

Question 1
How will your relationship move forward with your significant other knowing your future manager
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charter College (Anchorage, AK)
Interview
Was great until meeting department head who obviously was bent on proving his opinion by annoyingly reiterating questions which quickly became interrogatory he became even more annoying at the mention of my state license in the field and excellency certs which he apparently lacked. By Third interview was clear he's afraid of anyone with more experience, credentials and teaching ability.. he asked questions which anyone with real world experience would know can't be answered by a text book. I immediately declined to continue as there was no way I'd ever work under anyone like that and feel sorry for anyone who has no choice. The fact that someone like that was unofficially over a department and allowed to conduct final interviews alone also showed me that it was more the company than him as he was holding on to what was likely one of few dwindling career options. Don't waste your time unless you have no other choices
