Initially I had an hour long call with the owner where he told me about the company. The interview takes a really long time. You meet with several groups of people who all seem very nice. They try to chit chat to find a good personality match. There's a long and difficult accounting exam. They hint that there's a lot of work but you have no idea that they work around the clock. I left feeling very positive.
