Very long process interview for 6month and they have lots of things to consider for hiring. Even they don't have team meeting or another division meeting. HR process is very boaring and slow and no answers to my question. They ask me an good package when i hired and they gave me a respect.

Interview
It was after office hour and I've been called not by HR nor Management, just unrelated Manager. I was to be interviewed by COO but apparently, he was on a business trip so it was being rescheduled.
A week later I get interviewed by the COO and then the CEO and I got the job.
Was referred by a friend to meet up with an Executive Creative Director. The interview process was quite extensive compared to other advertising agencies I'd worked at. First, it's ECD, your potential direct boss, then once he approved me, I sat at a very large conference table opposite a group of people representing Cheil; General Manager, Group Account Directors, Head of HR. I did a presentation of my portfolio followed by grueling Q&A session, and afterwards a typical interview questions.
