I heard about the position from a family friend. Interview process was fairly simple. I applied online and got a call to come in for interviews which would last 2 hours. I got interviewed first by a team manager, then the manager of HR then a regional manager. Got an email 2-3 weeks later saying I got the offer

First is an hour skills assessment, followed by an interview with the Retail Banking Manager and if selected a 2nd interview with someone from HR No indication was given on when the 2nd interview was likely.

Interview
I first had a phone call, about my availability and so forth, basic stuff. Then I was emailed to show up in person to complete the company assessment. So I did. I passed the assessment and now have a third portion of the interview coming up this week!
