I had an interview with the CTO right away.
It lasted around 30 minutes, with general questions about my resume, and what CPF was looking for/where they were in their growth.

Interview
- before talking to anyone, you are asked to do a predictive index assessment and answer questions about why you want the job, etc via email.
- then interview with the CTO (nice guy)
- interview with 2 team members - product and engineering
The product manager was very unprofessional during the interview and was laughing (not in a good way) during the conversation. Then at the end when asking questions about their process, they had none!!
Dodged a bullet with this one, as this says a lot about the culture.
