Interview
Two in-person interview process. They make you take a written test and then if you proceed you will talk with the CTO. The CTO will ask you questions about your resume and he will test you based on what you put on your resume.

The test is pretty basic. If you know your general hardware, mobile devices, Active Directory and network ports you will do good.
