My interview was scheduled with Jared Pugh, Director, Global Controller at ChemTreat. I really appreciated how direct he was in sharing specific needs instead of broad generalizations of the work I was interviewing for. He was very clear in expressing his vision for what I would actually be doing and what was needed from the Company's perspective. The dialogue was one of clear directives and expectations as he was very thorough in explaining the role then allowed for my own input on why I thought I would be a good candidate for the position and my ability to contribute to their team.
