After applying online, HR contacted me after two weeks and did an interview two weeks after. After first screening with HR via phone interview, she moved my application to the hiring manager. However, HR was very unprofessional during the interview. She did not review my resume before she interviewed me. Felt like she just picked up the random resume and called a person to do her job. In general, the whole process wastes time for both of us.
