informal, in the restaraunt was not awkward, very nice guy, not too many questions were asked so was comfortable and got home early was given food too was a bonus, very nice
Submitted a resume and got called in for an interview. Panel interview with CEO and two architects. I brought drawings that I had done at my current job and they were looked at and discussed. I was asked questions regarding experience with commercial buildings and AutoCAD software. Panel was friendly and interview questions were more technical than behavioral. Was offered the job about two weeks later.
