I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chewy in Jan 2020
Interview
3 rounds of interviews:
1) Recruiter
2) Regional Operations Manager
3) 4 Onsite Managers (including GM)
1st round (phone) consisted of standard behavioral questions with incredible pace that definitely did not do the process justice. Recruiter reading boilerplate verbiage to simply get their pitch out there. Definitely not a strong interview and didn't add any tangible value.
2nd round (phone) was with a regional manager that ran several buildings. Conversation was fantastic with relevant questions and well thought out answers. Definitely a positive experience that provided relief after the rather worthless 1st round.
3rd round was onsite at a fulfillment center with round robin interviews with HR, AGM and GM. Mostly par for the course with standardized questions. HR interview provided most value and best thought provoking questions/discussions.

Star method interview questions revolving around their culture.
A recruiter reached out for a thirty minute phone interview. Was fairly straight forward. Asked about my experience, then he explained the company, then asked situation and behavioral based questions
