Terrible experience. It felt like there was zero organization and zero respect for my time throughout the whole interview process. They had me go through 6 interviews (remote and then in person). They showed a lot of interest but were really bad a t following up with next steps. Eventually after I was ghosted I asked the HR rep for an update to which her response was – they decided not to fill the role and are pondering their next move. Advice to their team - STOP leading candidates on through 6 interviews if you are not sure you even want to fill the role.
