Sloppy from the word go. The recruiter appeared as if she was in dementia (she forgot she had screened me earlier). Anyway, the second interview was fixed. The interview itself seemed basic. They sent me an assignment once the interview concluded. I spend 16 hours working on this and I know I did a wonderful job. It was for a live bid. Their response was that I was very thorough and would keep me posted.
