I was e-mailed twice and called once before I answered the call. At the time I was completing my service in the Air Force and fully intended to head back to Texas. After speaking with the individual over the phone I found out the position was literally where I had worked beforehand so I had full knowledge of who I was working with and what they were doing. I was set up with a phone interview that would occur a few days later. During this phone interview the interviewer called late and spoke at length about his previous service. I was asked about 3 questions and I could tell his understanding of what I used to do at my previous job wasn't imparted on them. This was probably my fault. Anyway I was told that I would be a candidate for the position should the contract come through. A few days later I received an e-mail from the initial person disclosing that someone more qualified was chosen. The weird thing was that I was told there was 6 slots for the position and unless something changed it was very misleading. Anyway I do think they are great company but wish I had a better explanation as to why I wasn't chosen. Bitter much right?
