There are three stages in a row. First, you need to do the English test, like TOEIC. Then, you will have an interview with HR specialist. Finally, you will have an interview with the supervisor of the department.

Interview
It was extremely short. It was very awkward, as you could see the previous candidate and the one coming after you as you entered and exited the interview room. The interviews were scheduled for every 15 minutes. The interviewer did not introduce himself, nor did he tell me his title or anything about the company. He had some canned questions on a sheet of paper. When done, he abruptly stopped. I asked him a few questions including when they would make their decision. He just said soon. He hedged on part time or full time and it seemed like he was just making things up. He was very stone-faced and emotionless.
